A Bit About Me

Art has been a part of my life since I could hold a crayon. I enjoy painting images that have a depth and texture. For the past forty some years I have thrown my life into art in many ways from fine art to costume design. I implement my love of art and photography in my poetry books. I also add my love of poetry into my artworks. Poetry has been a part of my writing for as long as I can remember. I find it a soothing and peaceful way to unravel thoughts that have become busy in my mind. I have a deep love for nature and go there often in my writing and in my day to day meanderings. Once a gypsy always a gypsy they say and I have been wandering for most of my life. I take every breath as it may be my last and embrace every moment with the same vigor. I have managed in my explorations to obtain a Masters Degree in Education. I have published several poetry collections and spend my time equally between exploring and writing.
